Course Objectives

To identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate control measures, To conduct inspections of all scaffolding gear/ equipment before and after use, Dismantle scaffolding equipment/ gear and store in appropriate area, Plan and prepare work on site for erecting scaffolding, Erect modular scaffold and gin wheel, Alter and repair scaffold if necessary.

Brief Description

This course is designed to provide participants the knowledge and develop the competency and skills to safely erect scaffold structures. The course also covers aspects related to regulations, safety requirements, tube and fitting, frames, mobile scaffolding, ladders and trestles involving scaffolding (onshore and offshore) and working at heights.
